Natasha's family without her

Vanessa Redgrave hugging someone at Natasha's memorial service and Liam Neeson heading home after they dimmed the lights on Broadway in memory of his wife. I'm just thinking of them now and wishing them healing. It's such a difficult time and being in the public eye right now has to be so hard. Every one's watching how they handle this. It's human nature, curiosity..but, so difficult. I find them all in my thoughts, though I've never met them. I think a lot of people around the world are thinking of them now. Wishing them peace.

Thanks for the update. I watched "Love Actually" last night. I love Neeson in that movie. It was heartbreakingly sweet to see him in a movie, playing a widower and developing a relationship with his late wife's young son.

DD, where did you read she donated her organs? That would be really nice to know they gave other families their loved ones back, saving them with the gift of life. That's so brave and loving of them.

Hi DD.
Have you noticed that Natasha has sassy and sexy shoes on in almost every photo of her? She had great legs and rocked a pair of heels. My favorite kind of woman, smart and sassy.

I read it on the Yahoo news. Her family donated her organs. It's what she would have wanted.

11:39:00..yep. She was a gorgeuos woman, but, more interesting is, no one has ever said a bad word about her. If they have, I couldn't find it. That's rare.

You're right DD. Natasha and Liam were famous and respected. No scandals in that closet.

Her first husband, Robert Fox, was with the family, holding vigil at the hospital. That underscores how wonderful they both were...she maintained a friendship with her ex and Liam was so loving, he shared her with others who loved her. That's a real family.

It's so hard to live through the death of a family member, public eye or not. When my husband died suddenly at age 34 in 1993, I stayed in shocked disbelief for a long time. Liam's expression reminds me of me 16 years ago.

Yeah, it doesn't really sink in for awhile. At first you're in shock.

May your hubby rest in peace, Jana.

His eyes do tell his story of grief. There's no hiding that. Peace to him & the family.
