True Love Never Dies

Rihanna and her punchy squeeze Chris Brown boarded a private plane in Miami last night and flew into L.A. this morning. Everything seems fine between the two...maybe because Rihanna's entourage now includes a hulking bodyguard hired by Jay-Z to keep his prized possession from getting her face all fucked up again. America needed its own Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, don't you think?

Chris just slipped the body guard a $100 and told him to get coffee. Why you make me beat you, biotch?

I know R's young and 'in love' but these kinds of abusive situations aren't as in the dark and untalked about as they used to be, i realize no one knows exactly how they would react until they are faced with it, but this girl has got to know that this isn't a one time deal.

All she's done is define for him exactly what bs he has to say and to who to get around her so all is forgiven and he's let back in. If she thinks he won't snap twice as hard next time when he throws back at her this incident and 'all she's just put him through', she's only fooling herself.

I feel sorry for her and at the same time disgusted that she's so blinded. The public won't always rally behind her when she keeps going back time after time, when really the public should totally boycott his lame punkass.

Same old story though, the ones who cheat and emotionally put'em through the wringer are the ones the ladies can't get enough of and they run back to them for more of the same intricatly woven lies and oh baby i'm sorry's for years.

What a stupid fuck she is!
I guess he'll need to hit a little harder next time so she won't "provoke" him. After all, it takes two to beat a woman, doesn't it???

it takes one to beat a woman once. It takes two when it happens again

Very true! You put it much better than I did.
And next time he does it he'll say, "You knew what I was like and you forgave me!"

Except Blake and Amy are both skinny meth heads and she gave as good as she got. Rhianna doesn't have a chance against this guy. He will kill her.

I can't believe she took him back.

the sad truth is:
women love beatings. If a man does not beat them up at least once in their life they think they are not loved. He doesn't give them something to bitch about. They can not act as the poor victim - a role they love so much. Riri is happy now. Her man beat her and the whole world pities and loves her. She has something to bitch about in the coming years everybody won.

If women didn't like beatings deep down in their twisted souls they wouldn't seek abusers or stay with them. But they do - which leaves us with only the explaination I gave above.

Also look here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ya̧nomamö
Violence among the Ya̧nomamö is often domestic, with women commonly beaten by their husbands in disputes. The violence is seen as an act of love by the women, however. Women will shave their head after a beating to show off their bumps. They will even put a red dusting on the bump showing it off even further

it takes one person to commit an act of violence against another person. no matter how many times it happens. abuse is never ok. if he is physically abusive he could likely be mentally and emotionally abusive as well. it is disgusting to act like anyone ever deserves abuse, even when they go back to their abuser. it is a vicious cycle and difficult to escape.
i understand feeling frustrated. because she is a celebrity, her returning to an abusive relationship sends a terrible message to those who look up to her. but it does not take 2 people to beat a woman. it takes one abusive person. without an abusive person there, it wouldn't matter at all what a woman did - she wouldn't get beaten. and with an abusive person there, it often doesn't matter what a woman does, she'll be beaten anyway. and shame on you for thinking otherwise.

Shame on you, ya moron! Beat me once, shame on you, beat me twice, shame on me! Beat me, can't get fooled again?

Anyways, it DOES take two just like the above poster said--if it happens more than once that is.

Yeah, history repeating itself. Just like Tina & Ike. Get a clue, Rhianna, at least see the movie Angela Bassett starred in playing Tina.

Her father must also be an idiot. Guess it runs in the family. Could be that daddy is an abuser also and so doesn't think this is a big deal.
