2 Down, 2 To Go...

Bea Arthur died today at, I don't know, something like 113, meaning there are only two Golden Girls left alive. Well, you know, alive in the relative sense. Rue McClanahan is only about half-living at this point. Betty White's still pretty spry though. No idea about the guy who played Stan.

I didn't know Herb Edelman died. I liked Bea Arthur especially wwhen she was at Pamela Andersons Celebrity Roast or as I refer to it: Hepatitis BBQ.

That look she'd get when she was trying to convery her disgust, just a deadpan look , her face & eyes were very expressive. Her words were very dry & her humor was even dryer. Who didn't love this woman? She was great and we all know it. She could deliver a great line & make it better because she spoke it. Dorothy will never be forgotten. Golden Girls will be around a ver long time . "Thank you for being a friend"...

Back in the day, there was a punk rock song by The Meatmen that was called "One Down, Three To Go" which was about The Beatles. By comparison, Crabbie is gentle.

Bea was too cool, too classy, too funny for this world. Rest in peace, Bea.

She was very good in her roles. Either as Maude or Dorothy she made me laugh. Thank God for DVD's I don't need to miss her and her legacy is there forever.

Cancer sucks. I hope she left this world with dignity and grace.

My money is that Betty White is next.

First Broadway show my husband's parents took him to was Mame and he said Bea played the title role. He was just a very little boy, but he remembers her as being really great in it all these years later.

Rest in peace, Bea.

Wow shocker!

I though she had died YEARS ago. She was like the Energizer Bunny, she kept going and going and going and...

As the expression goes, the world was a much better place for her having been in it. She was very talented and very funny. By mistake I've seen a few Golden Girls recently. I had forgotten what fun that show was.

Being disrespectful to a really good woman who has just died and then taking odds on who's next? What a sick group of idiots.

All you guys who bitch at crabbie need to scroll up and look at the tagline underneath the Dirty Disher title. "Gossip dished with NO SYMPATHY."

Granted a death isn't gossip, it's a fact of life, but you're logging onto this site for criticism of celebs and jokes.

Keep it up crabbie, fuck 'em if they don't like it.

Funny headline, too.

I loved her too. I agree that was a terrible headline. There's no respect anymore. When all the older actors and actresses are gone, what are we left with?? Crap, that's what. You should be ashamed Crabbie. It isn't crabbiness, it's your basic jackass who respects nothing decent.

Oh, and the anonymous above mine. You are an idiot so fuck you too!! Believe it or not some things are just NOT funny, moron. I doubt you respect your own Mother either.
