It's just getting sadder and sadder for this kid. Sure wish she could find the will to fight through all this and remake herself into the actress I though she could be. Unfortunately, I think she will satisfy herself with ridiculous notoriety rather than work to hone a true skill.

I totally agree. She was such a cute kid and she's got the acting gene. She just really needs to stop letting herself go. But then again with a Mom like Dina what do you have to look to as a role model?
Totally agree about the Dina factor. That vampire is THE major stumbling block, and Lindsay can't break away from her and get some sane, healthy support around her (if that exists in Hollyweird) when she's fucked up all the time. That venomous leech will take her DOWN, man.

Did anyone see Georgia Rules? I wasn't expecting much from her when i rented it but i was impressed. If she could give a passing performance in the middle of her drunken heydays just before she went to rehab goes to show she had potential. Sadly she's just not dealing in reality anymore.
$20 bucks says this is all an "act" by a talented actor. 20 years from now when she wins an Oscar for "The Curious Tale of the Rehabilitated Lesbian" and she's giving her acceptance speech she'll undoubtedly talk about these last few years.
She's not slumming - she's preparing for an upcoming role.
*note to self - write this down and remember for 2029 Oscar nominees and prepare lawsuit.
