Britney's very upset with her father and this conservatory shit and I don't blame her. She's fucked herself good with all that crazy stuff she pulled and is having trouble even hiring her own lawyers to get out of this situation. Her dad, Jamie seems to have gone way overboard. It's one thing to make sure she stays on track with custodial visits and work, it's another thing when you start telling a grown woman she has no phone privileges. Jamie already made sure there's a restraining order on Adnan. But, Britney got a secret phone to talk to him, Lufti's sister got it for her. Now Jamie knows about that too. Britney feels like she's in prison. She's accused Jamie of using the kids as a threat, like, behave or I'll take your kids away. I'll bet she's not lying either. Jamie even had a Britney fan site shut down, threatening them with an injunction all because they criticized him. If Jamie doesn't back off, I'm afraid Britney will go off the deep end again. I don't blame her. Back off, Dad, $18,000 grand a month doesn't mean you're the head zoo keeper. Give the woman her phone, for christ sakes.

i think this talk about britney contacting others though isn't true...whenever there is a hearing about her status, the judge talks to her alone and she could bring up things then...britney also has court appointed attorneys to represent HER without her dad's interference....
There was an article somewhere about the prepaid phone. I thought the story was that Adnan bought it and gave it to someone to give to her when she was out somewhere. She started using it, and somehow her dad found out the phone had Adnan's number programmed in. I think I heard about this a month ago or more.
I suspect she is only one or two pills away from the crazy-train anyway. She just has found out how to mask it to get some of what she wants.
Her dad knows she needs guidance with nearly everything. I see both sides. She cannot be trusted with her own judgment. I don't know what to say. It's a 2 edged sword.
I can see both sides too. But if she's still going to lengths like a secret phone to contact a guy that she has a restraining order against it really doesn't sound like she's capable of making sound decisions. She obviously hasn't learned any lessons with the whole thing and if she was left to her own devices she would just go back to being as big a mess as she was before.

if she is trying to still be in contact with Adnan & Sam, then she has really lost her fucking mind! Both of them robbed her, caused her immense pain & unhappiness and probably cost her custody of her sons! They are both bad news. Her dad is totally right to do what ever he has to do. If she can't be trusted with a phone, then so be it. It's her choice. I don't think he's a bad father. In fact, the opposite. I have always said this whole mess will kill him. We will have to wait & watch. She needs help 24-7. She cannot be responsible for herself. She makes bad, bad choices. She gets robbed by these guys. They are fucking leaches! Go Jamie! Keep up the good work. Brit is doing great on tour & her album is selling. & she's not running around naked getting into accidents anymore. 'Nuff said!

He IS a little ridiculous with his controlling self. She's a grownass woman, she needs to hire herself some new lawyers that know what the hell their doing and get papa spears out of her house asap. He just seems to suck the lifeblood right out of her.
I think she's demonstrated she suffers from a mental illness. Many, many people who are mentally ill are found incapable of making decisions for themselves if circumstances warrant it - it is not a decision made lightly. It is to protect the individual - what is her family supposed to do - just sit and watch her self-destruct and end up dead?
