OMG, those have not been photoshopped in? The worst, you are right, the absolute worst pair I've seen outside the freakish disasters they show on Discovery with plastic surgery nightmares. As someone who has real breasts, I can say they don't grow from underneath each arm.

Nipples cannot be moved. Implants have to be centred behind each nipple, so all she's ended up with is a larger version of what she already had ie very far apart breasts. The surgeon probably shouldnt of done it knowing that it would look so bad BUT the actual result is not his fault.
