Upside down tomatoes



Here's how to make your own topsy turvy from a bucket. This guy seems to make a lot of work for himself, if ya ask me, but, hey, it's free.

I posted the other how-to on the previous post. I just put a smidge of bleach in a spray bottle of water and spray the insides of the buckets and let them dry instead of sloshing bleach water all over the place. Also, I got brackets that hold up to 40lbs - less than $3 ea at the hardware store - and am going to screw 'em into the side of our garage (our garage isn't a showpiece, eh?). If there's room, maybe I'll try cucumbers using the same method. I guess there's no reason one couldn't plant more than one plant per bucket, right?

Yep and I thought that him throwing bleach in the yard was icky too.
