This news may mean nothing to you, but, to a former kid obsessed with comics, it's killer. I remember well the day I decided to learn to draw the Archie cast perfectly. PERFECTLY. As I mastered the intricacies of Riverdale High, the soda shop and Jughead's hat...I suddenly came to the realization that Betty and Veronica..........were the same person. Let me repeat that, least you die of shock. Betty and Veronica are the same person. I was 9 years old, and the world never looked the same again. And no one ever fooled me again. My cynical eyes narrow to slits at the dawn of every morning, knowing people suck and everyone is a liar. And I won't be going to the wedding.

I heard about this on NPR this morning. I knew someone, somewhere had to care.
But, did you do the math?
It isn't going to work with Veronica! Once she has Archie free from Betty's clutches, she's not going to want him anymore. Also, Hiram Lodge is not about to accept Archie as a son-in-law.
Just my two cents.
This is horse shit. Veronica is a whore. I knew that when read these as a kid. I'm going to go storm off now and punch my pillow a few times.
He's still going to screw Betty on the side. It's a plan. Veronica will have an "accidental" death and Archie will get her money. Then he and Betty will be together.

When I was a small child in the '70's there use to be records you could cut off of cereal boxes that really played. I still have about 10 of the. The Archies, Bobby Sherman and a few other's I can't remember. I also have the records from Mad magazine too, I think one was All in the Family, and oh, some fart record. Life was so simple back then...
