The Gosselin six turned 5 and they went shopping for pinatas with Mr. Gray and that woman who spawned them. Then they had a party. But, it wasn't their birthday, their birthday was a week ago. Kate was very busy. But, she had to fly home to film a birthday show for TLC! She's a working mom of eight, you know! *
Dressed all in matchy match, the children were thrilled to have camera's in their faces once again and you can see how delighted Mady is with the boom mic over her head. If it's not on film, it's not worth living! Kate managed a shit eating grin for the cameras she hired (which I skipped because she's gross). Jon was not there, except for the filming of the party. I'm assuming Kate took off as soon as the pinatas were popped and the organic sheep food distributed. What good is being 5 when you still have to wear bibs, sit in high chairs and be filmed on the potty? How old does a Gosselin kid have to be to get a private moment to go to the bathroom?

I think anybody who has ever watched that show, now or in the past, would agree that the best thing for these kids is to have this trainwreck taken off the air. I doubt anybody would be upset and feel cheated because they didn't get to watch them grow up. Who really wants to watch children being abused emotionally and mentally, anyway?

What a bullshit excuse. One of the worst celebrity excuses ever, even worse than the infamous Ashlee Simpson "my band played the wrong song" excuse re: SNL. Kate and her PR people seriously couldn't think of anything better than that?
TLC has also done a couple specials about Abigail and Brittany, the conjoined twins. They interviewed the twins' mother and she said she's had people tell her the girls "owe" the public the right to see them grow-up on TV b/c the public is curious about them. The mother was really mad and said "My kids don't owe the public anything." I wish Abigail and Brittany's mom could have a few choice words with Kate. Although Kate would probably just say the other lady was jealous of her porcupine hairdo.

I stopped watching this show a LONG time ago because I couldn't stomach this OCD bitch and the way she treats her kids and demoralizes her husband on national television. She's on one big power trip. I'm callin it now: Those kids are all gonna end up in therapy or rehab (or worse), she has done such a number on them. And does she think she's such a celebrity that she needs a bodyguard?? Don't flatter yourself! I'm waitin for karma to kick in - what goes around comes around Kate!
I feel so sorry for these poor children. This woman is horrible. She doesn't care about the children, about her husband, about their relationship, or their family. All she cares about is attention and fame. It's sad.
