I don't think she's pregnant. Kate's weight has been all over the map (relatively speaking) in the past couple of years. Basically when she makes an attempt at getting off the Columbian marching powder her weight's up and vice-versa.
As for being a "supermodel"? She'll always be regarded as one of the best, for sure-- but her glory days are definitely behind her. Besides, when you've reached the level of success of most of the old guard 'supermodels' ie; Cindy Crawford, Tyra Banks, Naomi (where's my cellphone) Campbell, et al, a few extra pounds will not interfere with your career in the slightest. A little photoshop here, a pair of Spanks there... Clients will go out of their way to make it work regardless. A famous model's name becomes as important as her appearance--if not more-- and if a corporate client wants someone bad enough, they're willing to overlook a LOT.
As we've seen in recent years, criminal behavior that would have been a career-killer 30 years ago has proven to be 'no big deal' to many clients. Even with all her shenanigans, Naomi Campbell's career hasn't suffered, nor has Kate's. Even after photos of Kate using cocaine were splashed all over the media and a couple of her sponsor's initially walked, her career soon stabilized and actually progressed in relatively short order.
It's a mad, mad world.
