Or that he's hired Gloria Allred to represent his case? Well, dear, now we knew that nasty Gloria wasn't finished with you, didn't we? But, this time, and I hate to say it..they have a point. You have to make sure the children's earnings are put away for them. Darn. It's so hard to sell one's children now. Not like the good old days when you could pimp them out 'till Hell froze over. That's where Kate Gosselin lives and Paul Peterson's stupid rules have no bearing there. Kate's kids work 24/7 and no one says jack squat! I know! They just bought their mom a mansion and their dad a sports car! And you can bet when they get big and ask where their money is, Kate will laugh and laugh. Really, Nadya, you should move there.

there are laws to protect children in film and Tv from working long hours beening exploited and or having their parents steal the money they earned.
As far as I know there are no laws that protect children in Reality shows . key word here being REALIY shows.
I want to see how those kids birth'ed in a litter and expose to the public all their young life grow up to be like. At this point Michael Jacksons kids will grow up pretty normal compared to Gosslin 8 or Octomom's brood.
Paul is correct these children are working in the Entertainment field. they are trademarked , copy righted. they are a Brand etc.. they should by law be protected.
Good on Paul. We don't need anymore of these HOM family freakshows bad enough with the Gosselins, Hayes, Masche and the rest selling their kids for a lifetime supply of Ragu and JuicyJuice.
Number one: no child is in more danger than Michael Jackson's children.
Number two: having multiples doesn't make you a freak show, wanting to show your whole life to the world makes you a freak show.

How sad that we are unable to protect those who can not speak for themselves, the kids and the animals. The Jackson kids (whoever they really belong to), Octotwat's brood and the G's litter all are innocent. They have no choice about what is happening to them. As the Gosselins (and many "docu") shows have figured out - ONLY California has any Child Labor Laws for children in Entertainment of any sibstance.
That is why the Gosselins stayed in PA (that, and pre-promised college tuition for the sextuplets - which they would potentially forfeit by leaving).
We NEED to support Paul and push for NATIONAL CHILD LABOR LAWS FOR CHILDREN in entertainment shows - whether scripted or unscripted.
We need to save the Gosselin Eight!
