I love Isabel Adjani and this she is/was one of the most beautiful women. She should have toned the cheeks down a little. But I find her still gorgeous.
She doesn't look like she used to, but from the one pic I see, she didn't wind up like most of the gruesome plastic faces we're forced to mock these days. Those gruesome faces are everywhere I look except perhaps, TV commercials.
Granted, Anonymous 12:33, but must she pile on the unflattering dark makeup and clothes a la Morticia Adams? I mean, come on. What are her fucking stylists thinking?
Note to people like Jessica "Bass Lips" Simpson, and Jennifer "Flared Nostrils" Lopez. You will note that she manages to elude sexy without open lips or flared nostrils. It's all in the eyes. There's actually someone behind them.

My God, she was stunning in "The Story of Adele H." I mean unearthly beauty...right up there with Elizabeth Taylor and Vivien Leigh. This is so sad.
