No-Talent

Susan Boyle was defeated on Britain's Got Talent by some kind of goofy dance troupe, proving once and for all that "cat-loving middle-aged virgin showtune singer with wild eyebrows" is not a good show-biz schtick. I already knew that, cause I tried it.

Of course Boyle is now enough of a household name that, undoubtedly, a flood of cheesy recordings will be on their way, in spite of her miserable failure on the show that spawned her. You can either buy the CDs now or wait a couple years and pick them up for a nickel each from a damp cardbord box at a fine garage sale near you.

Well, geez, crabbie, I already bought "I Dreamed a Dream" on iTunes.

I think the show draws younger people. I would never have seen either contestant if it weren't for the news (Boyle) and You Tube (Diversity).

They are SO different that it would be impossible for me to pick a winner. It's a shame there aren't different categories.

I hated talent shows when I was in junior high school. I cannot figure out how they became big business.

Mmmm k. Now that this show is over, can this woman PLEASE go back to Scotland?!? Her 15 minutes are WAY over, and the stress is getting to her. Bye, Susan! Have a nice life! ELSEWHERE!

I think she's a sweetheart and a hoot and I adore her for her courage and spunk!

She's absolutely a winner.

Wow dont really get the hate on her, but figure that really says something about you. She did a great job. But Crabbie is right she is doomed to the nickel box even though she does have a great voice.

Why the hate?

All I can say for her is best of Scottish luck:)

I do hope she is provided with good management so to cope with the stress of her fame.
her performance was even better this time around.

She has an amazing voice if she can make millions from it, and give the community enjoyment in doing so, she deserves to have the success made from it.

Go Susan!!!
