Jewelry and makeup

I finally told my mom last year to stop buying me those cheap powder compacts. Honestly! Every Christmas and birthday I get one and if you are over 30 and not starring in South Pacific there is no reason to use that crap. It makes older women look older and it's nasty. They must have been hot in the 50's or something. She stopped buying them for me, but, now she's buying them for Lis. Good cripes. She's powdered out her entire upper lip there.

That's the necklace she made with her fancy jewelry kit. I got a bracelet and it says HEX. That was the only magic word we could make because she used up all the letters spelling every word she knew and then making up "dog words", like BWOFB. I told her, uhh, that's nice, but, I don't think anyone can read that and she said "Dogs can." I thought it was cute, but, I told her I don't think dogs can read. She insisted they can read dog words. So I said, show me, let's go over to Tuwella's and show it to Evie (moms dog).

We got over there and I explained to Mom what we were doing and Lissa showed Evie the necklace. Evie didn't do anything. So I said, see? I don't think dogs can read. Mom jumped all over that, and said: "Well poor old Evie can't see that, her eyes are bad." She was completely serious and stomped off like I'd picked on Evie's handicap. Lissa just smirked and had this conspiratorial look on her face. She enjoys making an ass of someone. She really does.

I think that Lissa is, in fact, correct! Dogs CAN read dog words :)

She sure is a cutie and I love her necklace.

Now, the real question remains is: Can rats read rat words? I think so, just ask Templeton (or yours for that matter!)

LOL..I remain unconvinced. But, stranger things have happened.

But, the REAL REAL question is: Can dogs read dog words made by HUMANS or only by DOGS? HA!

That powder. I have not been around it in probably twenty years or more but i can still remember the smell. Makes me think of my Mom.

My dog is pretty damn smart so I bet that dogs can read dog words too.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOO in her own way your mom became Lissa's aide in making grandma look dumb hahahaha ..... your mom is a riot and one day you will reread all of this stuff and and burst out laughing also....
Btw.... if you can find another "e" then Lissa can spell Hexe on your bracelet.. means Witch in german... :)
