Please!!!!!

Can someone out there please, please, please, for the love of cripes...tell me what that song is in the beginning. It has been in the back of my mind for years and if you can identify it for me, I'll tell you why. And I think I'm onto something.

Duh - sb & jessica you're absolutley right. The song is called "Human Nature" the fact that he says "Why, Why" so many times made me think that was the title. I looked up the lyrics - uber creepy...

This interview really reveals who he was and makes my want to cry. How anyone can live through that and not have damage to the human psychy, had no emotions or heart to begin with.

Let me point out first off that this isn't a ques by me. On a local radio show,a caller said MJ's daughter's speech at his funeral seemed scripted & it didn't look like she was crying. Anyone with an opinion?

Good grief I jumbled that prev msg. The ques caller asked was "Did anyone else think it sounded scripted & that her tears were for show?"

I do not think that it was scripted or coerced.

I think it was an articulate 11 year old child telling the world what she felt for her father.

That was interesting, I want to watch the rest of them. Really eye opening, and sad too. It is kind of strange and heartbreaking to see him as a person who is vulnerable and realize what he went through. No wonder he turned out the way he did.

10doll & Bohemianmoon: The issue seems to have arisen because there are numerous recent "amateur at-home" video clips floating around (YT)of MJ's 2 eldest children during which Paris Jackson is being prompted to express her feelings about her "Daddy".

Her remarks were nearly word-for-word her memorial service statement. It was also pointed out that Paris "appeared relaxed, smiling and playing with her purse" just prior to stepping up to the microphone.

Is that conclusive proof she was rehearsed or coached prior to the memorial? Not in my opinion. But those are the facts and since it's being discussed that information should be on the table.

I don't think she was coerced into giving that speech but if she was then NONE of the Jacksons should get custody of the children because they will all have psychological problems just like their father did, thanks to Joe Jackson and the mom allowing it or looking the other way.
I was never a big fan of Michaels but I do know he was a genuis when it came to music. I watched a movie the other day of his life (an old movie) and I felt sorry for him the whole time, his dad was a money hungry abuser and caused MJ to crawl into his private shell to protect himself.
RIP Michael, you deserve to do that.

I think an 11 year old can fiddle with her purse one moment and stand to say good-bye to her dead daddy the next and crumble.

My heart broke for the kids, the family that loved him and the fans that lost him. My heart broke for a musical genius who suffered at the hands of a cruel father and found himself adrift in unimaginable fame and yet he was still alone and seeking to capture childhood joy...
I don't know what crimes he is guilty of. I just know that some of the most profound and heart breaking crimes were directed at his poor tortured soul first.
I think he spent a lifetime searching for a child lost...I hope he's found him now...and loves him...I hope he knows peace and the joy he so desperatly sought in life.

Of course a kid can be playing happily one minute and then heartbroken and crying the next. Then a min later they go back to playing. I've seen it.

I love this. Thank you! I watched this when it aired originally. It has new meaning now. I know you think he was a bad-guy, but he wasn't. Someone with his heart could never be a bad-guy.

Human nature was one I really liked long ago. Then it went to the musical wayside in my head. I forgot about it. Years later I heard Lilly Allens Little Things and I knew the hook was stolen, but, I couldn't place it. When I started watching that vid up there, I could hear it, sort of, but, there was too much other noise for me (I get confused if there's more then one sound)..you guys identified the song and I found it on You Tube. Then I listened to Little Things again. She stole his hook. People will argue that it's a different song, but, she stole the hook. When you steal the hook, you're a song thief. Period. Fuck her.

And thanks..that had been bothering me for years! Damn song.

bella...please explain how the lyrics to Human Nature are in any way creepy? Its a beautiful song. So what, the guy sleeps with a chick & cant wait to leave the next morning. Thats how guys really are. It is human nature!! w/e...The melody is hypnotic.

Right-o! DD! Lilly Allen is a fucking theif. "Dreams, dreams , when we started things..." totally stole the "hook" there. As you say. Well, take solace in knowing she is an unattractive bucked toothed fatass with a cruddy cockney accent that absolutely couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.

Dirty Disher said...

Thank you! People will say I'm wrong, that it's a diff song. Yes, but, the good part, the part that "hooks" you, is totally stolen from Michael Jackson. Lily can go fuck off now.

Wow, Nina. Amen to that. Just amen. Perfectly said! The problem is that people forget he was a person and not a machine.
