When I walked into work this morning at my little newspaper job, there was a farmer and his daughter parked out front with these two zucchini that had grown together in a way that made them look like a vagina.
They wanted us to take a picture of it and publish it in the paper.
We probably will.
Don't often run into a vagina you can make a lasagna out of.
For 1 person: 2 TBS olive oil 1/2 onion 6 zuchs 1 tomato salt and pepper to taste
Put a couple of TBS of olive oil (or regular oil-but olive tastes better)in a pot. Cut an onion--I cut it in half and then slice, because I like big pieces. Slice about 6 zuchs (about 1 inch pieces)--they really cook up. Chop 1 tomato. Cover with a good fitting top--you MUST cover. Put on medium to low fire at first because you're trying to sweat the liquid out of the zuchs. After you check it in about 10-15 min., if the zuchs look wilted, you can stir--but don't do it often because they will break up.
It's not hard, you just throw stuff in a pot and cook. But it is soooo good and healthy. It's one of the few truly healthy things that I really love. Try it--you won't be sorry!
Right now I'm eating a hunk of dark chocolate--isn't that supposed to be good for you!

That's it, exactly, anonymous. I really didn't get a very good look at it. I just walked by while the photo was being taken.
I asked for a copy of the photo, they haven't sent it to me, yet, though.
