DD, I had that happen to me one time when I used Blogger...I tried the second or third time and it worked. Did you use the embed code? This is why I changed to wordpress...sometimes blogger is messed up like that.
Dish...you need to upgrade Internet Explorer if you want YouTube to work. They stopped support for IE 6. I'm assuming you haven't updated your computer lately? Or ever?
No, LisaK, I was trying a direct upload. I need to join google vids. That'll probably work. I was just tired of it today. At least I figured out how to work the camera video. Good vids. I was surprised.
I've seen a lot of videos hosted by something called Vimeo lately. Never used it though. If you want to upload to blogger, be prepared to let it load for 8 hours.. it is sooooo slow. Wish i could help more :)
if your camera takes .mov videos let me know if you find a program that lets you edit them! one of my cameras take .mov videos and i have found that the only program to edit is quicktime pro but that is $30....and you can only buy it from apple...i have an issue with monopolies and do not think fondly of apple so i've never bought...

there's also google video---though they compress videos too small so they look wonky....

start a new youtube account....you can have more than one account and you can use the same email addy too if you want too...
google vids don't look as good as youtube...i try to just stick with youtube...i know there's other services out there....but i haven't tried them...

Crabbie they are lying. You Tube says I can not open them until I upgrade, but, I click off the message and they're fine.

the quality of the videos is excellent though!
