Look what I found! I got to looking and I found quite a few in varous sizes. It's hard to spot them because the vines are so wild now. I don't know what most of them are, but, I was able to trace this one back to the vine and it's a Sugar Baby. They don't get very big and they are extra sweet. Yummy, I should be having home grown melons soon. That's so exciting.*
I'm mowing in the rain now..yeah, I know, but, I don't care. I like the rain. I keep stopping for gass or to unclog it and coming in here to read and smoke. What a nice day! Rain and watermelons!

I love seeing pics of your garden. Can I ask: did gardening come naturally to you or is it something you worked at, just a skill you learned over the years? I'm battling a black thumb and crappy weather.
Ah, smoke break. My hands are vibrating..lol. Hmm. I guess we've always had family gardens and they were important for food, but, my grandma was the only one who really gardened. Everyone else had haphazard weed patches you'd pick through when you were hungry. My mom thinks she's a flower gardener, but, she has no clue. It's a joke. I guess I got it from Grandma. I just love the garden dearly and I don't really do all that much to it. I work hard on the ground in spring, and I plant like mad, but, after that, the garden spirits seem to tend it. I know that sounds crazy, but, it seems true.

I used to know an old guy that smoked thru the hole in his throat. Now, thats a bit much. Dontcha think it's time to stop when they have to make a hole in your neck so you can breathe? He would hock green luggees out that thing, projectile luggees!! I used to smoke 2+ packs of Kools a day, and no, I am not black! LOL!! We all smoked Kools. It was 1974, what do you want from me!? Anyways, I stopped one day & never smoked again. I am glad I did. But I cannot yell at someone that is still doing it, now can I? No!

I love to look at the pictures of your garden! Everything looks so fresh and pretty. I like to garden as well but didn't have much success this season due to horrendous rains! It drowned almost everything I planted but at least I can enjoy your garden!
