I picked some corn last night to go with dinner because Lissa wanted hot dogs again. I like a hot dog, like, once or twice a year, but, two nights in a row? Ick. I made a cucumber and tomato salad too and I cooked the corn in the house. Lissa said that wasn't magikal, but, she ate some of it. It was pretty good, it was that white sweet kind.

She made another wish on her wishing string and wished for a new hat. Later she was digging around in my closet which she really isn't supposed to do, but, she's sooo nosey. She found a plastic bag way in the back of a shelf and ask what it was? I told her I really didn't remember. We opened it and it was a cute denim hat I bought her last year and put away because it was too big for her and she wasn't into wearing hats last year. There ya go. More magik. I really think she has it.

I can only eat hot dogs once in awhile also. Hot dogs and beans were dinner on Saturday nights when I was a kid. Beanie Weenies.

You have try the corn on the grill and put lots of butter and then sprinkle the corn all over with parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley! It is delicious.
This may sound weird to do but I love to cut the corn off the cob and put butter and lots of fresh tomatoes in with it...its really good that way.
hot dogs used to gross me out too, but for some reason I can't get enough of them now! weird. That corn looks so good.. I haven't had corn on the cob in awhile!
Am I the only one who loves RAW corn on the cob? I hate it cooked!
