The Heavenly Blues are finally starting to bloom. I just love them. The third photo is a wild morning glory, they're smaller, they also come in white and pink and are called Bind Weed. Farmers hate them. I try to pull most of them up or they'd kill the other plants, but, a few always manage to get by me. The Naked Ladies are really going to town now and making huge armloads of flowers. They're a really nice plant. Do you suppose they're the porn I've been accused of having on here? Maybe. If you googled Naked Lady and Dirty Disher, you'd probably get a picture of the Surprise Lily.*
Last night during the storm, there was a huge BOOM really close. I didn't know what it was, but, I just found out. Lightening struck Mom's air conditioner and knocked that sucker into next week. LMAO! I told her, gosh, I guess you'll have to use that computer money to buy a new AC unit. Sometimes nature is amusing.

Ahhhh, this is just what I needed. A posie break. I've been out of the internet loop on everything for a few days because one of my pups needed bladder stone surgery and I have been his nurse maid since he got home. He's doing great and since my daughter can pup-sit him for a bit I'm catching up. You're flowers have lifted my sick-pup spirits! I have morning glories just now climbing their ribbons and will be blooming by next week. I hope. We've actually gotten some sun up here for a few days!
Bow-chica-wow-wow!!
Daphne
Nina, I hope your pup is doing better.
LOL @ Daphne. Indeed.
Nina- hugs to your puppy! Hope he's better soon.
DD- hope all turns out well with the tests. Your computer at least seems to be intact.
I love your flower pictures. I sometimes feel like I can actually smell them.
Makes me want to get a garden.
DD they are exquisite indeed.
Nina well wishes to your lil baby for a speedy
recovery and removal of that plastic cone
he has on ahhh. ... poor lil guy. Kiki :)
Lighting Justice on the old A/C unit. This should cause a weeks worth of drama. At least!
Oh my, those heavenly blues are just amazing. I love them. LOVE!
Fingers crossed for a quick recovery for your little pup Nina!
Morning glories are one of my favorite flowers, but are difficult to grow in Central Florida, more's the pity. Lightning bolts that come to your rescue are even more to my liking, and we grow those in abundance, especially this time of year. I'd trade, though.
Maybe she'll stay with you for a while now until her A/C is fixed, wouldn't that be grand!.
The name of the plant caught my eye because of a Barney's (Amsterdam "coffee" bar) strain with the same name. I will definitely be stopping by after Saloua's wedding!.
Jarhead
I hope your dog gets well soon Nina. What kind of dog is it?.
Jarhead
I love your flower pictures! I always say I am going to garden, but never follow through, so I am living my garden life vicariously through you! Thanks so much!
awwww I hope she DIDN't take your puter!
Pat: Are Morning Glories Annuals
or will they drop seeds and come back? I remember those climbing
our back yard fence when I was a kid. But I do not recall my
Mom ever planting them.
Nina, Best wishes to your little pup. Hope he feels better soon...
Thanks for all the well-wishes for the little pupper. He's a cairin terrier. Usually a bundle of love and perkiness. He's recovering nicely!
Oh! a terrier. Well then Nina, he will be back to chewing your furniture in no time. Tough little suckers.

Oh, Jarhead, your love is so painful sometimes. LMAO!
Viki, people say the Heavenly Blues come back every year here, but, I don't think they do. They come back crossed with the perrenial bind weed and don't look the same to me. I always plant them again and rip the mutants out.
