I know, it doesn't look like cucumber beds. That's because the cukes were an after thought and I stuck them in with the morning glories and naked ladies and whatever else grows against the South fence. They probably would have made more cukes if they were planted alone, but, I'm getting plenty. You just have to hunt a little and that makes it more fun. Lissa likes to lay on the swing and look up and see if she spots any. It's just a happy place to sit and...be. I wish the morning glories would bloom already. They're late this year.

i had a weird sensation this morning...i was laying in bed working on getting out it (hard to do some days :) and i saw and felt a warm soft pink glow/aura? land on me like a blanket....
i felt at peace and safe....
is that weird or what???

I want to cry. My daughter`s tomato plants have early signs of Late Blight. Because of our sucky summer, most of the tomatoes in our area are getting it. Late Blight is what killed the potatoes during the famine in Ireland.
She is bummed. Her first garden and she may have to toss half of it.

I have been taking insulin for a week and half now. Today it was like a switch was flipped. I have energy. I feel normal. I dont feel all old and yucky like I usually do.
I hope this lasts.

oh, i can so imagine laying on my back on that old swing and looking up at the stars. :) we tried to do that with our trampoline (sleeping under the stars) but there are too many trees to see the sky, LOL!
Heidi, I just read an article about that, it seems a lot of states are being hit by that this year and the price of tomatos is going up. Aww. I'm glad you're feeling better though.

well i am getting all A's....but i have a science lab test tomorrow and it's hard to study with the neighbor situation :( i have a final exam thursday that i SHOULD probably start studying for tomorrow :D
i will not take summer classes again! too much at once!!! i am looking forward to graduating in dec.!
