My daughter came over last week & made me supper! She made eggplant & she chopped/shredded a zuke & a yellow squash into a mixture and she made us fritters with it. It was delish! It made so much. I loved it! rox

I have some monstrous zucchini last year. I swear they were injected (he he) by aliens. They grew so overtly large that I left them there in the garden and just tilled them under.
I'm letting these go, I wanna see how big they can get. Maybe I can build a kayak out of them and sail away. Whore fruit.
