Kiki's spider

Spider friend that hangs out on Kiki's deck. I think he looks like the one's we call Wolf Spiders here. They come in stripes and brown, sometimes black and they get as big as Tarantulas. Maybe someone on here know's his exact name? I get those in the house a lot in Fall, their harmless, but, can startle you. That one's a whopper! I like him, I'll bet he eats the hell out of bastard crickets. Nice deck, Kiki!

I'd rather have him any day than a cricket in the house.

We had one of those right outside our door for the longest time...he just died though. He scared the bajeebas out of me. My husband called him a harmless garden spider.

I don't get the cricket hate either. Please elaborte more, DD?
Love that deck, Kiki. Awesome. But I definitely would not have calmly gone for my camera with that spider right there.

Thank you anonymous I just walked around
him and made sure not to break his web up.
He's still there now all sparkly in the moonlight.
I don't mind him as long as he doesn't come in
side and into my kitchen. I hope he catches a moth
for his supper tonight :)

You need to get him a collar and leash and a name. I've seen dogs smaller than that. We don't get them that big around hear! I don't think I would be afraid of it though. It's things that move quick that get me.

Keep crickets away from anything fabric, they chew like a moth. I had a cricket in the basement and it chewed holes in a couple beautiful holiday tablecloths I had stored. They do quite a bit of damage.

Kiki... love your deck! That blue stain is purdy. I wouldn't be leaving that spider there, though. That thing is horrendously horrendous.
I agree with DD. Crickets are a damn nuisance. They get in the house and chirp, chirp chirp. Drives me up the wall.

Holly Crap. That thing is F-huge. I'm sorry ladies and Dd. I know you all probably love them. Because they do help the enviorment and gardens. But I've been scarred of them for my whole life. I cant stand them. That one almost looks like the ones my hub gets at work. Wood Spiders. They get pretty big. Ewww gross.. Flam thrower...

Other than that Kiki your deck looks great love the little table and chairs. But not that things hanging from it ug gross..

Kiki,
Love Love Love the furniture. The spider is nice, but I am glad it is yours and not mine, eekk!!
DD, you will be glad to know my sugar glider eats crickets by the barrels full. They love them. My little boy goes out in the backyard and crabs a bunch everyday.

I love your Sugar Glider. Crickets, ewwwwww. Gross. I wish they'd be wiped out.

Kiki,
I love your deck, too. Love blue. The spider, he's okay as long as he stays outside. Don't like them, but won't kill them. Don't know why. Let us know how long he stays!
