Nissa sent me these pics of Rissa going to homecoming, isn't she a beautiful girl? She really is. I think I like that middle pic the best, it's so sweet. You have a gorgeous family, Nissa.

Dress is gorgeous!
Pat, I'm planting mums...Any tips on how not to kill them right way like I have done with all the other plants.
Oh and Biz, she couldn't have had the times like in our day. They had the Police at the door with breathalyzers, if you blew above 0 you didn't get in:)
Nissa, I am so glad to hear the Cops were at the door. I apparently am "old" in my thinking --somewhat. Now days so many young girls dress up like the "sluts" of my time. Not your Daughter, though. She truly looked lovely and beautiful.
Nissa, I was on your blog. Do you have an email addy there? I was going to pick your brain about nursing, I'm thinking about going to school for a B.S.N.
shmedelle, my email is denissa06 @ axisps .com without the spaces. Our yard is such a mess right now. We have huge trees 10 of them and we cannot keep up with the raking LOL
Nissa, 10 years apart, a boy and a girl? That is beautiful. You had life with an only child for a full decade and then you hit the jack-pot again..only this time you got to experience a little boy. That is so sweet! My two, a boy and a girl (8 yrs apart)both start with "H", like your "R" and "R". Neat!

What a pretty girl! I like her dress.
beautiful family nissa!!!!
naseem---mums are hardy...just plant 'em and keep 'em moist....when the flowers are dead, dead head them and they will bloom again....
Beautiful girl and they look like such a loving family!
A lovely girl, Nissa... and such a nice family.
Thanks Ladies, I am so proud of my family and appreciate you looking:)
she's so pretty! Love the dress too :)
Nissa, you have a lovely family.
Thanks for sharing your daughters
special day with us.
Thanks miss tia!
What a beautiful girl, love the dress, haven't seen one like that before, it's not like the typical teenybopper homecoming dresses.
Hope she had a great time! But not as good as the times I had at my HS dances ;)
Nissa.
In the first picture, she reminds me of Drew Barrymore--in an innocent period!
We got her dress at Charlotte Russe for 35.00. I refuse to pay tons of money for a dress she will usually only wear once. Some of the dresses the other girls were wearing were very expensive and risqué. Way too old for 15-16 year olds.

Anon 7:08 was me, Vicki. Gosh it sure is early and Monday-blah.
Better get ready for work.
Nissa,
You have such a beautiful family. Are your kids spread out in age? Mine are 8 years apart.
I love your yard! It looks so welcoming.

Oh and yes Ralphie and Riss are 10 years apart. The other little girl in the picture is my niece Maddie
