Thanks DD! Brought back memories of seeing BB King in 1979 at the Golden Bear in Huntington Beach, CA. His handlers came outside before the show and handpicked "hot chicks" for the up front tables. I got picked :) Oh, to hot again......
The movie Crossroads with Ralph Macchio is what turned my attention to Robert Johnson and blues. Can't remember the movie story or if it was good. I just remember the legend of Robert Johnson and that amazing music. It got under my skin the first time I heard it and every time since.
Johnson's got quite the set of fingers doesn't he?!

Jimi Hendrix was influenced by his playing. You can close your eyes and almost see Hendrix playing in a Haze.
