Ohhhh. Thanks for the clip. I know it sounds sappy, but I just loved this show. They were both so cute! Was that really a toupee? Or was it just big 70's hair? I thought this was what other people's lives were like. My own background being so poor, the alcohol, my mother ridiculing me right and left, my sister acting out, etc.. . . this was just so sweet and refreshing. I know I'm probably making a few people gag, but I loved it.
Christina! I loved it too and wanted to see the entire episode! When he felt like it woulnd't work because she was so rich and he wasn't. It reminded me of my entire life. Me the poor kid and all the other kids had nice homes, cars etc. While we lived day to day to survive. Believe me getting invited to a rich kids for a slumber party is actually kinda depressing. And all my friends were rich, compared to me!!! My mom going to a dime store to get me an overnight bag and comes home with some red plastic, cheap thing that looks like something you carry your lunch in, me trying not to be noticed on the bus with it. Kids hate to be different. It does suck. rox
I guess they're cute, but I can't really stomach it. They don't seem 'real'.
Oh I just read Christina's. You're right,it's so nice to see decent people when you've had shit as far as you can take it, so I take my first comment back.:)
