Holy Cow! Shel Silverstein. Now there is a blast from the past! My parents had one of his albums when I was a kid. I listened to it so often that I can still recall most of it word for word. Thanks for the memories!:)
Thanks DD...I had to go to quick care last yesterday with a toothache. It really hurt bad!!! Its getting a little better today, not a whole lot though.
When I was in third grade, I was pissed off when my mother wouldn't let me sing Silverstein's "Never Bite a Married Woman on the Thigh" in the school talent show. They always wanted me to sing it when company came over, so why not in school?

Shel wrote the most incredible poems for children, he is one of my fav children's authors. He also wrote "A Boy Named Sue" for Johnny Cash.
