I always love Miss Tia's cheerful Christmas lights, who ever heard of a Christmas pig?? Miss Tia, that's who. She makes it all fun and exciting for the neighborhood kids, they know they have a safe place at Miss Tia's and they'll get their mittens and hats there. And they can always build a snowman there. It's a house of lit up love. Thank you, Tia.

one of the neighborhood kids put the pig together because i couldn't!!! that was a slippery little squealer to assemble!

I checked your link out, Miss Tia. You did a great job with the decorations. Your side door is beautiful! I watched the video and love the way the music and lights are in sync. I can tell that was a lot of hard work!
We need an update on Miss Tia's fence. Remember back when she was letting the kids in the neighbor paint the fence? I must have missed the finished product. I'd like to see what they did.
She certainly is a good neighbor!
bayou jane---fence isn't finished!!! that's why there hasn't been an update!! this spring it will be finished though and all the kids will be able to finish their artwork on it! the artwork they had painted wore away---wasn't the right kind of paint.....so i'll buy little cans of fence paint....
Correction to my comment--it should be neighborhood, but I know ya'll understood that. Wanted to add that Miss Tia really has a full life going for her. "How do you do everything you do without going "nuts"? Could you possibly be HD? Or are you just organized? I wouldn't mind being either. I'm of the "procrastination" group and I'm slow. If I were an animal, I would probably be a sloth. I'm procrastinating right now--I should be making a study guide for my 7th grade Social Studies class. I need it for tomorrow---guess I'll be up late tonight. I need to go to the nursing home--also procrastinating on that, but for different reasons!!!
