What a sweet doggie, Miss Tia! Happy second birthday, Pan!! I've been wondering what the deal is with Chia seeds, too. The first time I heard about someone eating them, I was sure I'd misheard.
I eat my chia seeds by taking a small spoonful on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with coffee or water, and with every meal after that.
They do get stuck in your teeth so you can be entertained for a few minutes afterwards playing seed hockey in your mouth.
If you drop them in water you'll see them inflate and turn into a gel. Drop some lemon juice and enjoy your uber-healthy supplement. I prefer to eat them and then drink water. But you can add them to anything.
I have made big leaps in healing my own particular heartache thanks to this site. Being a private person by nature, I never expressed as much real emotion as I have done comfortably here, not even to the debrief shrinks during my exit from violent places. Thank you for that Pat.
I saw the video of you giving her the new toy. Too funny. Loved how she rolled all over it to claim it as her very own! Merry Christmas miss tia and happy doggie bday to Pan.
Tonya---i adopted Poliahu a year later and she is black also! (with brindle and white)....i have read that black dogs are the last to be adopted, that i why i picked 2 black dogs!
Pan's looking very attentive because Miss Tia was holding up one of her Christmas presents..lol. Aww, Merry Birthday, Pan, you're so sweet.

oh i have read Panacea her comments and she is pleased and gives you all several tail wags, kisses and hugs! (she can hug too, i taught her how)....
I watched the video too and she is so damn cute, rolling on her back, chewing her new toys. She is a happy dog, Miss Tia.
