That arbor and the big pots in the snow is beautiful, RoosterLuvah, but, I hope you send me another one when it all greens up. What a pretty spot. RoosterLuvah lives in the garden state.
Nice pic but I am totally sick of snow. We just had two 40 degree days and it melted almost all our snow. Now the report is we have a storm coming with up to a foot of new snow starting Monday morning.
Pat, I hope it doesn't hit you before it makes it to Chicago, but it always seems to work out that way.
Are you as sick of it as I am Miss Tia? Though I have to say, while I'm sick to death of the snow, the this whole week I've had to bring my 2 yellow Labs to the basement 3x a day and hose off their bellies and paws after their walks. Even just walking, they keep scooping all the muck up onto their bellies with their big paddle paws. Tonight they took off on a bunny chase at the park. (they never catch them) You wouldn't have believed how they looked when they were done. The only thing the snow is good for is helping them stay clean.
well there's still enough snow in my back yard so my doggies aren't covered in muck yet when they come in!! that'll probably be in a few weeks or so....then they'll be all muddy and mucky and yuck!
pan is very intent on trying to catch a bird or squirrel....she very still and stealth like stands under the bird feeders or the squirrel feeder and will wait until a bird or squirrel almost gets there and then she'll move and they run/fly off!
poli copies her or tries too but she just sees something moving in the tree or a bird flying low and she'll just go bounding over there!!
Tia, I'm in the same State as you. The weather guy was on the fence about what to expect: Snow/rain/ice...go figure. With all their self-promoted super doppler tools, they still won't commit.
Tia, Toledo burbs for 4 more years, then moving "Up North" Michigan were they get average 130+ inches of snow/yr. See I really do love snow. Why else would anyone WANT to retire to that???
Miss Tia, No kidding...glad my Hubs is into health--working out. He will need the strength to deal with plowing us got. I say we get a big endloader to clear out our winding drive through the woods. Tia, My first Hubs was from Akron. When I met him he had a house--more cottage type--on Portage Lake. His Mom lived in Fairlawn. I always enjoyed the Metro-parks system there. And loved driving into Peninsula to shop. Early 80's it was quaint. And we enjoyed road trips toward Cleveland as there was always something going on there. There was a big Farmers Market in Cleveland on Saturdays that was fun. Sometimes I wonder if much has changed. I do know after my ex-MOL died, it was said her neighborhood was changing a lot from when I had last been there. A lot of new housing etc. My ex Graduated from UofA. May be my past, but I have fond memories of Akron:)

So pretty! I love the big pots. Can't wait to see it in the Spring.
Look at the trees, just love it when the snow hangs and the barren branches. Lovely setting.
