Mattel launched the "Mad Men" Barbies and it pissed me off. First of all, they look nothing like the cast of Mad Men. All Mattel did was use the old Barbie face mold, which is very uncool. Two years from now these shitty things will be found at yard sales and people will think they have an old Barbie, but, they'll have these things. Which will be worth nothing and confuse everyone. And second of all, it's just a cheap thing to do. Why couldn't they just make a new head mold?*
Mattel is famous for recycling old molds. I often have people around here call me asking me to look at a vintage Barbie they think they've purchased only to have to tell them, sorry, that's a new Barbie with a dated torso mold. Just because it has a date on it's plastic ass..well, means nothing. Except Mattel is cheap. Why is such a big famous company so cheap? They should be better to their customers. Christina Hendrix with no boobs? Really?

Are they for adults to create "Adult" situations and gay episodes? I can see SNL having some serious fun with this shit. Pretty funny!! I used to love the skits that were a Barbie type character. And of course Chris Kataan was Ken & gay as the day is long! Sooo freakin funny! SNL, get on this!!

Is it okay if buy a Roger Sterling doll and sleep with it at night and drink vodka with it and have funny conversations where I'm doing both voices but gradually come to believe the doll is actually talking to me?

that's funny, my mom just showed my girls her barbie and ken from when she was little. they're immaculate.
