I love him, too. Cracks me up, the comment about the flaming tire not catching you on fire as it rolls over you "I know 'at from experience". LOL!!! I have to watch some more.
This is the kind of guy that I give a task to and know he will see it through. There's no grey area to the truth or deceit in his heart. I would guess that he's a good mechanic at least. Maybe the parts guy?. Very funny Pat.
Regardless of where you come from, what you look like, what you are "coined as", how you are supposed to act based on people's perception of how you *should* act, if one takes the time to overlook the prejudices, one can always see the good in those who truly are.
Southern not midwestern. I live in the South and there are a lot of him down here. We call em the good ol boys. Midwesterners do not have a twang. Memaw is a Southern thang too. I have a Memaw. :)

It's a bit, he's an actor. His name is Joel. But, this charactor is very Midwestern to me. He is every guy in town.
