When he first appeared my daughter had a crush on him. Then I read an article in Vanity Fair from some startlet …can’t remember who it was now … anyways she was asked what celebrity she would avoid working with. The girl told the story of how she met Mayer in a New York club. They were introduced and first thing he says to her is something about her maybe wanting to go off to “suck” something … need I go on. She got away from him and labeled him a huge conceited creep that she stayed away from in the clubs at that point on. Told my daughter if she EVER met him ....RUN!

Anyway, Bayou Jane, I really LOVE my Nikon Coolpix camera. I'm on my second one and see no reason to ever buy a different brand. The price is downright cheap now.... a little over a hundred bucks. It's simple to use and easy to upload photos. I bought my first one when the Coolpix first came out and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it.

Bayou Jane, believe me I am the least technical person alive and I have no problem uploading pics from camera to computer. Just pop the memory card out and stick it in the computer and it copies quickly and easily. My older and more expensive Coolpix had some neat features like sepia, b/w, and fancy borders which were all easy to use. Don't think this one has it but I don't buy cameras for fanciness.... just to get plain, ordinary pictures. Here's a link to my new camera. It's even less than a hundred bucks now!
