The Vampire Don

The Vampire Don Henrie before he came out of the coffin..and after. I watched the old Mad Mad House reality show on Hulu and was curious about the Vampire Don, as he calls himself. Is he the real thing or just a Goth poser? The self imposed King of the underworld is an enigma in that he does actually drink human blood, but, he is also a Psy Vampire. He usually doesn't wear makeup and uses his coffin as a sensory deprivation chamber. He aviods sunlight (it hurts) and likes pasta. He is not a large man, but, he does have unusual strength and a heightend sense of smell, which he proved. The nocturnal Don studies world religions and except for the over use of the term "per say" is intelligent and interesting. Sadly, most of the interviews I could find with him involved interviewers who are not smart or open enough to let Don educate anyone. Which could easily turn this post into a "shut the fuck up, Tyra Banks, you ignorant cunt" post. I will avoid that..again.

The sanguinarian community at first embraced Don for his enlightening talks about their lifestyle, but, the tide has changed. Like all reality stars, Don is subject to ridicule and shunned by many of his fellow blood drinkers...and thier blood loving underground community. And Goth chicks who complain about his free loading. The net is an unkind plane of existence for the undead.
*
Conclusion? I think the Vampire Don is the real thing, a Vampire stuck in a human body. But, when a Vamp embraces their lifestyle completely, it makes getting a job difficult. It's hard to say "Would you like fries with that?" when you have a double set of filed fangs. Luckily for Don, he looks great on camera.

Doners, tested doners. Don doesn't drink from anyone who does drugs.

He is very attractive ( visage) strange he reminds
me of one if my sons. He exudes charm in a
stunning striking sort of way or maybe it's just
his pose in the pix. Idk. I have never heard of
him until this post. I get a good vibe from him
like he is just trying to be himself regardless
of society and the constraints of life in general.
I'm gonna go google him and read up a lil
more I am ignorant & need to know more. Kiki

Interesting. I think I'll look him up, too. Never heard of him before, and I can't say I know anything about those in the sanguinarian community, either.

Sorry, but I think this is just another attention seeker who, when he's in his 50's, sitting in his single-wide and sucking back a Coors (the NON-bloody kind), patting his pot-gut, will just look back at his wanna-be vampire phase and have a big, ole WTF moment.

I'm open to all sorts of lifestyles and beliefs, but this? Not so much.

Why pretend to be one of the living dead when the real "being dead" is just around the corner?

He looks like one of my old bf from jr high. Total Player. I wonder if him and his crew drink some true blood drink from hot topics when they run out of blood.

I'm still waiting for the media to start bring us kids who want to be mummified or swamp creatures. Forget about the vamps, witches, zombies, demons and werewolves.

The sanguinarian community has been around for a long long time. I don't think they appreciate Twilight and True Blood.
