They also have someone who makes super sized coffins for their burger lovin' citizens. HERE is where I found these pics. And yeah, it made me laugh and also made me a little queesy.

I'm afraid this is a one person---one family problem. It has to start with the individual or the family unit. Someone can tell you what you need to do, but you have to be ready and willing. And you need a lot of determination. I have yo-yoed all my live. But I know I never lost weight for the right reason. And I always have excuses for not losing. Which makes me think I'm not ready to do it for myself.
One good thing that I have done is to stop drinking sodas---regular or diet! I had to. My diverticulitis was killing me.
wv has pretty much run business out. the hand out mindset is ingrained since the civil war. not saying everyone is like that, but many are, also, unbelievable corrupt state govt. a lot of poverty. deeply ingrained suspicion of outsiders, many ppl on the dole. there are some amazingly beautiful areas in wv. i figure bill gates or some such millionaire could buy it for a song and turn it into a resort.
