This is the terrifying moment that a Siberian tiger came close to turning a stunt into a tragedy.
The acrobat and his partner had been performing the dangerous balancing act at the zoo in China's Jiangsu province when the agitated tiger departed from the script.
Miraculously, the pair managed to keep their balance - as did the three-year-old girl who was also walking the tightrope with just a thin safety line to save her from the big cats.

Stunned and horrified visitors were outraged that the girl's life had been placed in such danger. But, I say, hey, in China most girls still have no right to be born and it's good she's pulling her weight. They tied her to the tight rope, what more could you want? Them's good parents.

You keep it up, kid, and daddy will buy you a nice bowl of rice. Stop taunting tigers with tasty toddler morsels.

They really don't care about human life at all, do they?
It's right in line with how they treat their dissidents, how they handle business, and how they manage their environment. Sickening.
I know that Miss Tia is the official spokesperson in this regard, but I can't resist. . .FUCK CHINA!!!!
They have a totally different mindset from us folks in the Western world.
I bet the guy hanging from the ladder needed a new pair of Depends after that deviation from the script.
FUCK CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jiangsu is the province I lived in when I taught English over there. I saw so much awful over stuff when I lived there. One little girl sold flowers on the street where the foreign bars were located (and where I spent a lot of time) She was 7 when I met her and at 10 when I left for good she was still there. Her parents were peasants who sold her. She couldn't go to bed until she had sold all her flowers for the night. Even though many argued that giving her money supported the trade - she was just a little girl and we would often give her the money so she could go to bed for the night. I wish there was something more I could have done for her. They just don't have the same mentality. So so sad. It breaks my heart every time I think about it.
"Tigers, Toddles and Tightropes" ... hmmmmmm ... sounds like a new TLC reality show. Maybe you saw a promo?
Only in China!
