The city pool was about three blocks from our house and we would go often---but there was nothing better than playing with th hose.
When I grew older, I would hide it under the title of "washing the car"!

This just made me laugh and I needed it, crappy couple of days full of stress, terrible twos, stress, stress, no sleep and lots of uncomfortable-ness.
Looks like she is really having a blast. Sam is the same way when we let her get ahold of the hose. It'll keep her busy forever! We also have her slide pulled up to the pool, homemade water park!

I had my type of Lis type of day. I bought a bunch of plants from the local plant sale and got all excited cause I got to plant.
Besides the normal stuff, I picked up Sugar baby watermelons. It was $2 for a pack of six. I figure if they die, no biggie. If they flourish..WooHoo!

Shoot...we used to love to do that. I did that for my kids as well! A sprinkler & a hose & a slide make the best fun!!! Slip & Slides are fun, but my kids always got a tummy cut or scrape thru the plastic. I didnt ever like them. Never would buy one. But their Grandma did! Lis looks like she's having a great time. Does she ever have play-dates with other kids her age? J/W
