I've been off-site for a few days!. I think about them every morning though. Last time the Mother Owl got close to me and I felt I was crowding her group. Flashlight and camera was spooking everything. I'll be back and look for them.
As far as I can tell there are 3 little ones that have been flying for about three weeks.

i have had vertigo for a few days....sucks....seems to be getting slightly better though (fingers crossed!!).....
my best friend in high school, whom i lost contact with shortly after high school and who i've been looking for online for years sent me a facebook message a couple weeks ago!! we are catching up on 20+ years of our lives....she hasn't changed much at all....it's great to be back in contact with her!
I have been doing okay here. Our Chihuahua was under the weather like before but not as bad. I took her to the vet to be sure but nothing that could be seen was wrong with her. Today she came over to me to get some scrambled eggs (her fav) so I know she has turned a corner.

We are about two weeks early in the growing season this year. Crops and flowers. We had a warm March and it has messed everything up..LOL Strawberries are all done. Tomatoes are starting to give forth fruit. My Gazania are already blooming! I have sweetpeas already too.
Health wise..everything is fine..knock on wood.
Just going with the humid flow here in Old CT. I think we will hit the beach tomorrow morning.

We felt it. I thought management bought us new vibrating chairs. LOL.. I haven't been to work since Sunday. No really i'm just kidding around. It just shook slightly. Now people in town are going to talk about this till its dead.
Well ladies I have about 1 month to go. I'm almost ready. Today is my hubs bday. We are going out to dinner with little miss ava. I hate my hair at the moment. I look like that fat guy from loss who never lost weight. Oh and I get to see my new Dr tomorrow . Hopefully I will get a date on when the birth will be.

I feel like such an ignorant idiot LOL!!! I couldn't figure out how to make the old manual lenses work with the d-slr Nikon D70...I had it all on M because the lenses are pre-1980...it would snap a photo but it would come out black...so I took it to Kit's... DUH!!! I just needed to adjust the shutter aperture and the exposure. DUUURRRRR!!!! I feel so stupid now :P
But now that I got the wide angle to work, I'm gonna be snapping shots of my troupe tonight. The tripod will be my best friend. We have dress rehearsal for our benefit show on saturday...we will be donating to our local CASA program for foster kids and the Animal Shelter....We are stressing out, this is a big event!
Vertigo sucks!
I have mild Meneiere`s disease (like Rox). I enjoy summer only because the vertigo is so much less. I am a sweaty girl (always have been) and it lessens the fluid in my inner ears.
I hope it goes away soon. If I had a magic pill, I would send it to you.

I think I'm the most pregnant person there's ever been. I know I can hear strangers gasp when I walk by. Maybe I caused that earthquake earlier? I don't know. 2 weeks from today, can we speed it along please? Except not today because hubs is out of town for work, and not until mom gets here to watch Sam. So I guess I'm screwed. 2 more freaking weeks.

I had this with our Oldest. I have a question. Are your children going to be sharing a bedroom when the baby comes?
Because after my youngest came along (they shared the bedroom), I had no more issues with Oldest wanting to sleep in our bed. She had a bedroom buddy after that.

The baby will be in a bassinet w/ us for the first 3 months then they'll have separate rooms. Maybe once Sam experiences nightly feedings (being up every few hours) she'll want the peace & quiet of her own room. *fingerscrossed*

There's two dogs in our property. They came out of nowhere and scared the shit out of me in the driveway....One golden retriever and one black lab.....the retriever is badly matted on his back...they are both extremely friendly. I hope they are just hanging out, they seem lost. If they were dumped, FUCK that who did it. If they don't go their way later, I'm taking them to the shelter tomorrow.....I can't have dogs where I live, I have no room and I have cats who don't know dogs.
They are outside waiting for me....I showed them the outside water dish and put fresh water in it....at least they won't go thirsty....they look well fed tho. I should feed them, but don't have any doggy food. I should get a small bag later. I don't think they are starving tho. But it's hot out and they have fresh water available.

Hubs called to say he finished early & used the preggo card to get the first flight out. 2 minutes later thunderstorms started & now the whole airport is shut down - nothing in or out! Oh for chrissake!

I called animal services and nobody is looking for them.....
you better make sure animal services will take 'em....a lot of them around here won't take animals that are found....you might want to look up a retriever rescue...

i think letters should be brought back!! i so appreciate any letters or cards i get in the mail.....you can make cards on a puter, or even walfart sells .44 cards....or just a written note on a notebook piece of paper....i keep all cards, letters, etc....saving emails is just totally different....a letter/card, to me, is something to be treasured because you know someone took the time to find you that card and write that to you....

My oldest gets letters all the time in the mail. Back in middle school, she was part of a pen pal group. They all still write to each other and mail it out.
I have to type and print. My hands are too bad that after a paragraph, you would not be able to understand it.
well even typing a letter.....i think because letters/cards are something tangible, they just mean more....

I agree completely about real cards. Much more personal than an email. I send a real card to everyone I know, they might get an email too ... but always a card picked out for their personality.

Well, they took the dogs in and will send an officer to the address found in the microship tomorrow, to see if the owners still live at that address, since the phone number is no good....we will see what happens :(

I love hand written letters and cards. I send out Xmas Easter birthday thank you cards too. I keep my mailman busy. I don't get nearly as many back but that's ok.
Everyone is soooo bizzzzy making a living that they forget to slow down a bit and enjoy life. Why be in such a hurry to get "EVERYTHING" ?! ? There will be nothing left to do when it all gets done and besides where are you going to put it ????!! Carpe diem (latin) seize the day ! -Kiki :)
OH WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! IF the dogs are not claimed, they will be our newest troupe mascots!!!! Two of our members offered to adopt them if they are not sent home. We really want to save them. Oh my god I am so happy!!! I will get to "keep" them in a way. I just can't find the words to say how happy that makes me!!!!!
