That last post turned into a 'Lohan goes to the pokey' post, and I didn't know until you guys told me. I haven't been following it. I DID notice that smirk she had yesterday as she was being escorted into the court house and I saved the pic. Shock and tears now. 90 days. Her lawyer looked like she was sick of the whole mess. It's come out now that Lindsay has 'scripts for Ambien and Adderall and Dilaudid. Why anyone would give a woman this young Dilaudid can't be reasoned. But, being without them will be rough. Really rough. I don't get any form of amusement out of her sentence. The system failed her. She should have gone to jail in the first damn place, that's what would have happened to you or me. Instead they farked around with probation and "classes" and rules anyone would have known she couldn't comply with. *
County jail time is rough. It's not like prison, in prison you can find lots to do to take your mind off things and maybe even learn something. County is horrible and deathly boring. And I don't know what it's like in Cali, but, here they don't give you meds like she takes, even if you do have a 'scrip. i think she gets prescription from the same hollywood type doctors who prescribed a shit load of stuff to corey haim, brittany murphy, etc.....a 'star' can get anything they want from the right dr. look at michael jackson, he paid a dr. to give him propofol to sleep! WTF?!??!!? ya know??
that court ordered alcohol education place seemed like a fucking joke and the woman who testified from that place seemed like an idiot....
lindsay won't take responsibility for her actions...she even stood up and said she didn't KNOW she had to go every week whereas her attorney had just stood up and said she told her client it was every week....
i believe she can get her prescriptions in jail though....i remember when paris was in jail she got her anxiety meds....and all her claims of 'work'...if she was working she wouldn't be out every night til 2, 3, 4, 5am.....

On the topic of Mama Needs A Beer...I had a friend who was 1 of 10 kids. Her mother was always so cool. Nothing ever bothered her. When her kids grew up, she told them her secret. Every afternoon, she chugged 3 beers right before the bus was due to bring them home!

Yeah, the Dilaudid is some fucked up shit. The Dr gave me a script for that crap when I came home from the hospital. I did not take one. The morphine was bad enough.
I could never be a pill popper. I like to be in control of my faculties..LOL

I bet she never does jail time. Another deal will be cut where she will serve her sentence in a rehab facility, kinda like Charlie Sheen is doing. Its not really jail and Cali lets every celeb after about an hour anyways "due to overcrowding"..except Paris, she did her time. Lindsey wont tho. I bet she's a screamer too and will scream till daddy gets her out of this and then she will owe him one and he wont let her forget it either. Ever. I have missed you guys! Been so busy with wedding stuff. Its exhausting and not cheap. :(

I have been sweating so much from the heat that I have not been dizzy much at all lately..knock on wood.
Don't be mad at Linds for only having to do 1/2 time. According to TMZ (Who, let's face it, has been pretty on the money ever since they scooped MJ's death), most people in CA get a lot less jail time than this and she's being made an example of.
I still think she should just get the jail time over. Shit, if she would've done it before she probably wouldn't have to do inpatient drug treatment too. She would have been free and drinking vodka long ago.
As long as she's not driving and doesn't have any kids who really gives a shit what she does with her body? She's not hurting me any and if she wants to do coke until her nose rots off I really couldn't care less.
This whole thing is silly...... there's no way she can keep clean for years and all she's done is invited the probation office into her life for god knows how long. The state of CA isn't interested in 'helping' her. Her fucked up parents don't care. The only person who really cares about her is Ali and she's not old enough/smart enough yet to get her some help.
