It's not a very flattering photo. At all. But, as she clutches Louis protectively, she has "the mom" look. The real mom look. That look that says "I've been up all night, I smell like vomit and I'm so confused I don't know where I am." All real mom's get it. It makes me like her even more.

Even without makeup she still manages to look stunning. Her beauty truly comes from within.

Hasn't she heard of infant carriers or strollers? You know she could afford one or the other.

Oh, I imagine she just wants to hold him. I don't really understand having a baby in a carrier all the time, and the gerry-packs or whatever you use to strap them to you, well, not every baby likes them. I really think she just wants to hug/hold him all the time, and I'll bet that's what he likes best, too.
by holding him like that, she can keep his face away from the paps.
