I see Jinger being the one to make a break for it. She is forever giving eyerolls and snarky comments. I think she is waiting for her chance to get out of there.
At least they seem like decent people. I know two young women who were oldest in large families who NEVER want to have kids - they looked after their siblings all their youth and now want to just be themselves. I get it.
I just threw up a little. I hate that they are doing this to their older kids. There is no way 2 parents could actually care for all 19 children so the older kids (mostly the daughters) end up parenting. I hope they break out of the family and get to live their own lives.

The Duggars were very blessed that Josie seems to have made it 'out of the woods' thus far. I wonder if they would have felt differently had she not been so lucky? Not to mention, moms health. Her BP was the reason Josie had to be delivered so early. Isn't that woman ever going to go into menopause? I know the Bible says "be fruitful and multiply", but they've done their share and more!
WHAT??? Does this Mom want to DIE? So she can have another child to take care of for a year than it goes into the buddy system. What is the point. She should just enjoy her family the way it is. Have her oldest ones have more grand kids for them. If she just wants a baby around. I do agree she is a much better mom than Kate. Michelle could care less about looking good, clothing, going to the spa etc. She has more patience and is more hands on with the kids.
I think Michelle Duggar has an obsession with being pregnant and doted on. It probably makes her feel special. That's all well and good if you actually take care of the kids once they are born, but not if you hand them off to your other kids after a few months.
I too think Jinger has a shot at escape. She seems to have more attitude than the other girls. Maybe she's pissed because her parents named her "Jinger". I would be.
It seems to me that the dugger parents are mentally ill. Either that or they are the most selfish, self centered assholes EVER. How can they not realize after the 12th, 13th, 14th kid that it is impossible to EMOTIONALLY care for this many children? (not to mention the financial, social and environmental ramifications of creating so many people) Children need parental attention and involvement to develop normally. An older sister just isn't the same as "mom", no matter how maternal she is. I despise these people, and mark my words--their kids are gonna be messed up.
You almost want to like these people. They seem nice. ALthough, I saw a controling, over bearing side to the husband on a cross over episode of "Say Yes To The Dress."
The bottom line is no one can take care of 19 kids by themselves. Every kid she has now puts more of a housework/childcare load on her older (the girls ... who else)teenagers. I know they have no life outside of the commune but doesn't everyone want a better enriched life for their child? Michelle obviously doesn't for her daughters! It could be though this TV show has given the girls their door to escape.

yes melissa everything went as plan. Today is my first day back on dds. Not that much time to be on the computer anymore. The fam is good. We are all learning once again to recoupe. I was out of the hospital on fri afternoon. Came home and started working. I was surprised how well i felt. Even though im working like a mule. Im doing alot of thing im not supose to do. But im very bull headed. The hub he has the flu. I guess... And works almost 12 hrs a day. So he is always to tired. So its just me and the little ladys. Avas mommy.. And camis.
Congratulations!! I am so glad everything went well, A & C's Mommy! But do take care of yourself - it sounds as if you have had no time to stop and adjust to the new baby and are back to work already - wish you could have taken more time off but that is not always possible, of course. How is Ava adapting? Thanks for the update and take care.
If she doesn't want to use birth control then damn it, put the dick down until menopause. They've been together since they were teenagers, right? What's the difference? When this shit happened to women hundreds of years ago they just quit having sex for a while. Just say no to the dick, Michelle. Oh, and quit with the cutesey J thing too. That's fucking annoying.
