The FBI intercepted and contacted UK police. He wasn't charged with anything, but, police told him he is now banned from America for life. that's pretty stupid.....i mean as long as he didn't threaten his life---and even THEN the secret service rates threats and being young and drunk would be considered a weak threat.....
He's probably bragging and laughing about the response he got from the FBI right about now.
he's banned but we let all of Iraq & Iran & Mexico come here & live & get a free education and allow them to buold their own churches? If we had bombed downtown Tehran, do you think 9 years later that we could go in and actually be allowed to build a Baptist Church 2 blocks from where the bomb was dropped? We are tolerant of all that but this stupid kid makes a dumb remark and gets banned for life. He just got made into a psuedo-celeb, thats what just happened!!

I agree with Rox! Also is the FBI so unsophisticated that it can't decipher a "real" threat and something like this? That is a little scary that they are wasting their time on this shit. Major need for idiot filter as DD said!

Banning someone for a drunken e-mail is fucking stupid, unless the e-mail contained threats. He called Obama a "prick", so what? I read about Americans calling Obama worse things than that every single day.
