I don't say much about Willow Smith. I'm old and I don't pick on kids. Why you would want to launch your little girl into the celebrity world when you already secured her future through your own work is something I can't comprehend. But, I do comprehend the significance of that T-shirt message. Boys don't need "training." Boys are people too and they need to be treated as such. Otherwise you run the risk of the tables being turned, not to mention losing 50% of your potential friend group. I stopped saying such awful things back when I was pretty young and realized this. And I think, if my daughter chose to wear that, I would tell her about it. And hope she decided it was not a message she wanted to put out there.

Willow has strange parents
I don't say much about Willow Smith. I'm old and I don't pick on kids. I think it's a combination of things with the Smith family. The need to be revelant is up at the top. I also think they want to make a version of Annie that has an all black cast and changes the songs to updated hip-hop versions. Not really something I am interested in but there may be a market for it.
On a differnt note...it's amazing how much Willow looks like her dad in this pic you posted. I would have said it was him pre-Fresh Prince.

Speaking of Willow she will be redoing her dads song. Parents dont understand. Ugh I hate when the kids redo their parents music. Even though devo wippit vs wip ur hair is a tad catchy.
I can't for the life of me understand what they are thinking by marketing these kids. There are just too many kinds of stupid out there. Horrible mistake.
Never heard "Whip my hair"! haha...but Marc Bolins son, Rolin Bolin, has remade some of his dad's songs and they don't suck. I love his remake of "Cosmic Dancer", its amazing how good he sounds. Seeing how the only way he got to know his dad was by listening to his music, I think it's a wonderful tribute to his dad.

The Smith children are a plague.
Hopefully she will pretty up as she gets older. Shes lanky, so she will be tall & slim. She may be a knock-out when she's older. But, probably not a nice guy.
It's too bad, and even though in our heads we KNOW this brat is the result of two horrendous parents, she will be the one suffering for how she was raised. People will love to watch this one crash and burn.

I agree DD. I was watching an Oprah show years ago and it was on the subject of relationships and a man said something about how when his wife verbally abuses him, it hurts his feelings. The audience laughed at him. Right then I thought, wait a second...if a woman had said that, the audience would have been so sympathetic. So, what, now we`ve come so far in identifying dysfunction in relationships that men aren`t allowed to have feelings anymore? We can treat them any way we want and that`s ok? We haven't accomplished anything if we begin oppressing another group after we are freed from oppression.

This kid dresses like a freaking idiot, and should be at school instead of making shitty music. I feel bad for her. Her parents are making a mess out of her and her brother. I'm sure when they grow up and look back they will be mortified, and also pissed.
Will's oldest son is normal and doesn't dress like a moron or release crappy music and movies. (No wonder, since Jada is not his mom. I have no doubt Jada runs the house.) I wonder how he feels about his half-sibs acting this way...possibly he is jealous, but probably he thinks it's stupid!

Honestly, with all the major injustices men have done to women, I don't care about a t-shirt insulting boys. It's a very small thing in comparison. And yes i know that's not a PC opinion.
