I was watching that show of Holly's last night and she was told about Hef's engagement and had to go visit him to make sure he was happy. Yeah. Hef is such a gentleman, he allowed her onto the property, but, not upstairs, where he actually lives. He had a few kind words for Holly and then he said, "Well, I think I'll go back to work now." Crystal said she was going with him. So basically, they both left Holly standing alone on the first floor, which everyone knows is open to his public. Holly seriously stood there and told Crystal to be good to him or she'd come back for her. Then she laughed her donkey laugh for the cameras and said she had closure. *
It just struck me as..well, Hef is very gracious, but, he doesn't put up with even one second of shit that's unpleasant or unnecessary in his life. You have to like the guy for the way he lives his life. I do anyway. Holly's whole show seems to be about what a complete loser she is. Her opinion means nothing to Hef and Crystal didn't even bother to put on makeup to come downstairs for two minutes. The previews for next week look like Holly picks a phone fight with Hef. I doubt she can get to him in person anymore. What's next, Holly? Are you going to scale the mansion wall and kidnap a monkey? Stalk Mary and force her to talk to you about Hef and his happiness? What a strange chick she is. No wonder Hef wouldn't marry her.

Well, from what I have read, I wouldn't want to go upstairs anyway! *Blech*. Cat & dog sh** everywhere and one window drapery that one of the dogs has claimed as his own personal toilet. P-U! Anyone thats ever seen the original GND, knows what a dilapated mansion it is. Nothing special about the girls rooms, old painted up junky furniture, very old! Nothing has been updated there for decades. Once Holly attempted to get the work-out room in the basement area fixed up, but wasn't successful. hef doesnt see any need in updates and the dog crap doesnt even faze him anymore. But from all accounts, its pretty bad & disgusting. I believe it too. He hasnt done anything to that place in a very long time, hopefully Crystals next husband will be a fixer-upper kind of guy! But of course, she won't get that mansion, he has too many kids waiting for him to die. I like Hef too, but he is allowing his home to delapidate right before him. Outwardly, it seems fab, inside its not at all. Ever remember seeing Hefs room? Its stacked with piles & piles of books and magazines and dvd's and all kinds of junk. You cant clean around that stuff. You just start to ignore the dirt and live with it. Someone else will have to go in and clean that place up, when he's gone.
PS:Neither Holly or Crystal are thin anymore. They look fine and seem to eat well. Not fat, but not thin. Holly has had some nice work done, Crystal seems to be a bit rough looking considering Hef's usual taste, and not nearly as pretty as Holly. Barbie Benton warned Holly! Didn't she?!!! She wasn't wrong! She told her Hef would never marry her and she was right-on! Barbie knows him better than the other GF's have known him. & he never married her either. I wholey agree that Holly is coming off as desperate.
& of course Hef isn't one to turn down a reality TV paycheck either! He gets paid for Hollys show when he's on it. Crystal appeared only because then she would also get a payday. Its all about the money & ratings. I am yet to watch this but the 1x that I saw a portion. My daughter is obsessed.
I agree with you about Hef. I think he lives his life exactly the way he pleases. He is self-made, a true renaissance man and always seems to be a soft spoken gentleman. I don't think he chose well in any of the women he loved, but I'm not an expert on that.
Anyway, no one ever speaks poorly of him which kind of proves that he is a decent man.
He came out looking good to me. I would never ever have allowed that scene on tv if I was Holly. She looked like a total loser and an idiot. Of course, she does on every episode.
I just watched that episode last night.. i thought Holly did okay until right at the end when she said to Crystal that she'd 'come get her' if she hurt Hef... looked like a right idiot.
Holly is a lot better looking though..Crystal looked a lot older than 24..heck im 31 and crystal looked older than me!
