Does anyone watch Celebrity Apprentice? Dionne Warwick finally got canned last episode after being a grade A self involved Bitch with a capitol B. I always knew she was a diva bitch, but, MAN! She treated everyone like they were the dirt on her ugly shoes expecting everything and everyone to bow down to her awesomeness. She had all of them calling her Miss Dionne the legend. Seriously. Pffffffffffft. Bitch had her day. Yeah, she can carry a tune she didn't write, but, last time I looked the 70's were over. She was lazy, bossy, disrespectful (even to Mr. Trump) but, the worst thing she did was treat Marlee Matlin like dog shit. Dionne said (during a children's book challenge) that she didn't want deafness and sign language included because that would just make kids feel sorry for Matlin. Marlee was about to blow a gasket. She signed so much I thought she'd break her fingers. It was the most blatent disrespect I have ever seen on that show. If that behavior wasn't bad enough, Dionne refused to talk to Marlee. She wouldn't even look at her because obviously Marlee Matlin can't hear her awesome voice, so what's the point? Dionne would only look at Marlee's speaking interpreter. If she had looked at Marlee, I know she could have understood her and responded. But, this Bitch acted like Matlin was some kind of plant, and not even an important plant.
Marlee, who's pretty sharp, got Dionne back in the board room when The Donald asked her to confirm the immense (cough) talent of the legend that is Bitch and Marlee said, how would I know? I'm deaf. Ahhhhhh ha ha! Dionne, who is not smart enough to do a minimum wage job (she proved it) but, thinks she is above everyone else started pouting and smarting off to Trump and now she's Diva Bitch history. I was never so glad to hear Trump say those two famous words. Dionne is a washed up crooner, not the Queen of Fucking England. All the episodes so far are on Hulu, if you care to watch.

I was also shocked at what a stupid bitch Dionne Warwick is. Also, it shed some light on Whitney Houston's issues---after being raised around the likes of Dionne, it's no wonder little Whitney turned to drugs.
I have a new found respect for Marlee as well. Did you catch her on the Donald Trump roast? She was hysterical!
No, but, she amazed me on Apprentice. She's quick and witty and I had no trouble understanding her, even without that interpreter.
i never liked dionne in the 70s.....her huge nostrils always annoyed me and i always envisioned a family of fairies living in 'em or something....
marlee matlin has a great sense of humor about her deafness---if you haven't seen it, she comes out during alex & seth's live family guy show where alex does marlee's voice....it's hysterical....

Only disagree with one comment in this post. You said she can carry a tune. That should actually say "could" carry a tune. I had the opportunity to hear her sing at a benefit not long ago...her notes are gone. So now she's just a bitch who once could sing but can't anymore.

For lack of an open post, I thought I'd let my net friends know that my granddaughter should be arriving fairly soon :) Water has broken, so now we wait. First babies, you know how they like to keep you guessing. She's about a week and a half early, so we'll see how she progresses. Next time you hear from me, you are welcome to address me as Nana :)

You've gotta have some compassion for singers of age old classic years, They are completely delusional about their identity as human beings. They think having a great voice gives them special royalty status over others.
Ms. Warwick was taught to be strong and not let people mess with her early on because she's a black woman.
I only know Dionne by her voice, not her personality. I'd never guess she was a bitch and have never heard anything bad about her until this article.
