We are in the midst of the Wolf Moon now. Tonight and tomorrow the Wolf Moon will be at it's peak of power. For those of you who make Moon water and have the wolf as you totem animal, this would be the time to get busy. I don't have a totem animal (I like them all) ...do you?

do you PICK a totem animal? or does one pick you? i think before we've talked about here on the comments about no matter where i live there's ALWAYS spiders---lots of 'em....i just always figured they were around for a reason.....dunno if that's an 'animal' option or not....
Tia, I think in most traditions you meditate for it or someone else does, like an elder or leader. In my family some have them assigned at their naming ceremony. I think it can be your own choice though, like a lucky animal, one you relate to or like. I'm no expert though.

ah....i think we were talking about 'spirit animals' before then?? i don't think i necessarily have a lucky animal....
