Kristin Cavallari on pregnancy yoga: 'About to try yoga..I hear it helps with giving birth so sign me up! Whatever I can do to help that process!'*
Really? That's what they said about Lamaze. You know what I found helpful when giving birth without an epidural? Screaming until you shatter the labor room windows, grinding your teeth to nubs, punching your husband in his smug face and breaking his camera and trying to strangle your doctor with his own assinine novelty tie.

Yep, I pretty much felt the same way. My husband said you were screaming. I said no shit, I was delivering a flaming bowling ball. (My labor was too fast for any drugs-and I don't care what they say...you never forget that pain!!)
Cannot even imagine not having an epidural! I ws perfctly happy wimping out and whining for drugs. Im no hero. A 10 lb 1 oz medicine ball was ripping me to shreds. Lamaze Shmaze.
The beauty of that natural moment is only enhanced when you shit yourself in front of a room full of people...and you don't even give a fuck. Think about that.
Lamaze work with No 1, except they had to use forceps because she was kinda stuck. Do they still use those? NO 2, I sneezed him out. Little shit was only 4 lb 3 oz. Never really had contractions in the belly area with either one of them. No 1 was all back labor. No 2, it was in the top of my thighs. Decided to stop after 2, had no desire to go through another strange pregnancy/delivery.
Me too! All back labor that took over my whole body. None of that abdominal stuff. And no break between pain. None of that timed contration stuff. It was sick and weird and horrible. Both times.
At least I managed to squeeze 'em out my vag. Those C sections look like a total bitch.
C section mommy here x2 yes they are a bitch. Take longer to heal. My oldest calls it my kanga pouch or zipper.
At least normal birth you squeeze out your done. Just heal up and your good. C section your having pain all over nor matter what.

Never had kids. So my mom, who delivered me, through SELF HYPNOSIS, is either bat shit crazy or a tough bitch? She always told me, "Life is hard, suck it up." She was no flower child.
