Mike Huckafuck..err, Huckabee

Huckafuck: "Ethel Waters, for example, was the result of a forcible rape," Huckabee said of the late American gospel singer. One-time presidential candidate Huckabee added: "I used to work for James Robison back in the 1970s, he leads a large Christian organization. He, himself, was the result of a forcible rape. And so I know it happens, and yet even from those horrible, horrible tragedies of rape, which are inexcusable and indefensible, life has come and sometimes, you know, those people are able to do extraordinary things."*****************************************************And THAT, my friend, is how you fist fuck somebody. You can't bitch about fist fucking, even though not everybody likes fist fucking, because something good may come from fist fucking. Why, you might even accidentally knock an ass tumor out that way! Then people would be real sorry they were so against forcible fist fucking. I'm with ya, Mike. Bend over.*******Read why rape can't produce pregnancy HERE.

If orgasm was required to conceive, my kids wouldn't be here. Got rid of that problem when I dropped husband #1, who I despise almost as much as I despise the brainless twit of man.

I hear ya. I'm in agony that we could get our rights taken away by people who aren't as smart as a door knob. The fight continues. They must be stopped.

Sent by email to his congressional office in DC....

Dear Congressman Akin,

As a woman and a registered nurse who has provided care for victims of rape, I must send you my thoughts on the unfortunate comments you made the other day.

You managed to further stigmatize a population of women who are already fighting the most emotional and dehumanizing event of their lives. To question the legitimacy of their claims and injuries is very badly done. You almost suggest that if is truly rape, they would not, could not become pregnant--because the body has some mechanism to protect against that from happening.

I hope you become educated on this issue and realize how truly scary it is for the female gender to have men like you making decisions about our bodies. You will never walk a day in our shoes. You will never know what it is like to be a woman and forced to make difficult choices. This is America, where each of us should be given the liberty to make our own decisions. That is what so many of our founding members wanted for this country.

I am horrified to think that you have served as a board member on the Right to Life board in Missouri. It is one thing to share a different viewpoint, but quite another when someone is so ill informed about reproductive matters and serving in an advisory role. It's terrifying.

I hope this event opens your eyes and helps you to become less entrenched in your system of beliefs. I hope you will consider the other side and why people feel they should have the autonomy to make their own decisions. Please do that to honor the patients that I have cared for over the years I have practiced.

Beth (I put my name and address on it so I was polite)

I signed it. I may post it.

CJ said...

Thanks!

I sent it on to as many openminded intelligent people I could think of. (That means I did not send it to my 'old rich republican white man' brother.)

Beth...let us know if you get any kind of reply. I'd like to know that someone read that and at least acknowledged it. Well said!

what a pity i cant sign, i need a zipcode. this guy needs the wrath of the entire female pop of this planet to descend upon him. its already hard enough dealing with the notion of immaculate conception. even though mary was married to joseph. so how did that work? and didnt she, in some way, cuckold her husband? or was it ok in the same way that surrogacy is ok? shit all this is doing my head in. make all this womb envy go away!

When I sent the email, I had to put in all my contact info--hence why I wasn't nastier--because I don't have a zip code in his district, it said it would be impossible for him to respond by email or letter. He'll only respond to his constituents. Oh well. I'm really surprised he didn't pull out of the race yesterday. That fucknod.

Brain bleach I believe I may steal that.
What the hell is going on with these nuts. "I don't understand or believe in science so I believe I'll go be a part of it and lie and dispute it and pretend to be an expert about it. yeah that's what I'll do."

Oh, they know what they're doing. It's the old, I'm a nice family guy who cares about the unborn, routine. They don't fool me. They fool fools who vote them in and then women get screwed.
