Good sized 4 O Clocks. I'll save seeds from that one. Plastic pitcher, yard sale. I've been collecting pretty plastic wear to hang in my tree and make a sort of mobile. Do not care what neighbors think, 'tis my business. Metal skull whirly gig, dollar store. Sweet Stella trying to bloom in the nursery I made. Free plant. Aww, poor thing. Hang on, Lily, next year you get a permanent home. (I actually felt empathy for this plant. It was dying when I picked it up. It seemed to beg for help. Is it trying to say thank you?) Insane sign, $1 dollar. Seemed right.

My son actually did a video shoot with his band in an abandonded insane asylum in Indianapolis. There are videos of that spooky place on YouTube. The Dr's did "experiments" there on the inmates. Creepy place. I think it just was forced to close in the 80's or later. They took home some souvenirs! It was very cool and creepy. Would be a great haunted asylum for Halloween! Google Central State Hospital For The Insane, sometime. It's so sad, many victims weren't insane at all. When they closed it down, they just opened the doors and the inmates just walked out, free. No plan in place to help them, nothing. So sad. It would be a good movie actually.

I have actually seen those vids. I look at crazy stuff alla time. Where is your sons vid??
I love Stella d'Oro day lillies. I've had one in every yard I've owned.
He has it over at some Goth music website, whats it called??? But they aren't Goth. They are Industrial Metal. But the same kids did 'em. Vampire Freaks, thats the site, I think. He also has stills somewhere of the shoot. He has new band members since, so he may have pulled it. He has a new singer, they added another guitar and my son plays lead guitar, his keyboard and electronic drums. He's amazing. I haven't seen them play all together yet. It's all pretty new. They are playing GenCon in Indy this weekend. All the freaks will be out for that! But, that asylum is apparently very haunted too. I think he felt weirded out after they spent an entire day there. Kinda depressed and scared too. It was really weird for them. They also did a photo shoot at The Indianapolis Indians old playing field, it was used in A League Of Their Own. He took a big souvenir from there!! LOL. It was cool too, but crack heads made it their own at night. Its recently torn down now. It was Not haunted. But both places they used like that were not legal. They snuck in. The asylum is wide open tho. Its so odd. There is still TP on the holders in the restrooms! They closed it suddenly. Its scary sh**. He has pictures of the surgery rooms where they did brain experiments. Lobotomies(sp) etc. Just sadness. Probably some sadness left behind. & he felt it.
Lot's of bands on there. Which one is his?
Frim, maybe they're your luck plant.
LOVE the pitcher. I imagine how pretty it would look with a goldfish living in it. The orange, green and blue would be lovely.
It IS kind of pretty. Hmm. Lis loves fish. Hmm.
Nope. She's being turdy right now. Not getting a fish. She wants to go to the swimming pool. Her mom said she could, but, I'm not leaving her there alone and I'm not sitting down there either. So, there.
DD=1
Lis=0.
Maybe a fish tomorrow? : )
we just got back from the center. She begged for pointy toed leopard print kitten heels. I would have bought them, but, they didn't fit. Little fashonista. They were vintage too.
O my stars and garters~ kitten heels? You can never go wrong in a vintage kitten heel. Can she grow into them or were they too small? Faux leopard spotted anything makes any outfit more zippy.
Is she into vintage? I would love to send her some goodies, if you please.
i completely agree that dying plants can beg for help. they are also living things. its always so sad to see dying plants in the supermarket. their survival depends on someone considering them to be worth the price displayed. kinda poignant! my whole house is full of rescued plants, i could never have afforded to pay for them. all they needed was water in many cases.
They were one, maybe two sizes too big. Should I go back and get them, Mary? They were cheap. She loves anything animal print and dresses like some starlett. I'll take a pic of what she comes up with.
Lia, awww. You softie. They put out a vibe, don't they?
I would get them and save them for her; when I find a vintage gem, even if it's kid's or menswear, I grab it. I can either sell it down the line or give it as a gift, which is usually the case. Everyone wins. I would love to see some of her fashion explorations. She is some kid, that Lis. <3
