THIS article made me think of this thing I wanted to tell you. What are McRibs made of? Gross stuff and I don't care. In the old days, they ate offal and didn't bitch and I won't either. It's your choice. All McD's is gross to me, but, edible. We don't go there often, but, of course, the kid loves it when we do. Anyway, McRibs..they're back and won't be here long. I found out these Banquet things taste just like them. I hate most frozen dinners, they suck. Long story short..these were on sale for 56 cents each. Yeah, 56 cents. After I tried one, I went back and got more. They taste exactly like a McRib and no line to wait in. I cut them in half lengthwise and slap them on a hot dog bun. Because we always have dog buns here. It's quick for me when I come home from work and Lis wants hot dogs for supper. Slap on some pickles and you've got a McRib. So, that's all. If you like McRibs, there you go. Eat the corn or don't. Throw the potatos in the trash. Do not, under any circumstances, eat the potatos. You've been warned. 56 cents. You can't beat that with a stick.

Great idea. I'll get them for the husband. I'm a picky eater and won't touch them. I need a little freezer. I've got a bunch of ice packs for me in there, better than pills. I found a package of ground beef in there a couple of days ago from 2010. Yuck.
A man would need a couple, three of them. I eat one and it's plenty. It beats cooking when you've had a long day. It sure beats hot dogs, which Lis would live on if I let her.
You can buy a whole casserole dish of them. I thnk Encore makes them and they also taste just like McRibs. & u get 6 in sauce, for about $3 or $4. Not too bad. I havent bought them in a long time, since my kids are moved out now.

Good for a family. Nice price. I'm the only one here who'd eat it. One is usually plenty for me.
You won't let Lis join Girl Scouts, but you let her eat cows remains...cow lips and other uneatable parts. Yep, that's good. I wouldn't eat that crap for anything. There are tons of other healthier stuff you can make at the end of the work day that would be just as satisfying and much healthier. Rice, beans, pasta. You can dress that stuff up enough for a child and it's much healthier and also just as cheap. Just saying.....
I haven't eaten chicken nuggets since that "Oliver" dude showed what they were made of in his show. Sorry I watched the show. I used to love nuggets. But we have Popeye's, so I eat the strips instead. We have a local dive that fries the gizzards. Does anyone else like these? The gizzards at this place are really good, but I have to pay for it when the TMJ kicks up.
Anon, Lis won't eat this. I do. That was my point. Why don't you learn to read? The big words are hard at first, but, you keep trying and you'll get it.
Jane, chick nuggets are only good at school, I'm informed, and they only have them once a month. You know how that goes. I like gizzards cold with hot sauce. Yum. I can't bring myself to cook them. I order them as a treat once in awhile. I used to work where they had them and I got used to being busy and eating them cold. Now I prefer it.
